Fiore Tours organized all the details of a custom self-guided tour for a group of friends from a Seattle WA outdoor club to day hike and visit historic sites all along the length of Croatia. Their driver was excellent; the van and ferries and all the bookings were very good; and their office person Sasa did an incredible job ironing out the inevitable issues with a couple of the hotels. Dalibor (owner) took the time to drive to Motovun and meet with me in person to go over the entire itinerary and arrangements with me. I am so impressed with Fiore and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

My wife, my son, and I just completed this trip in mid May, 2018. We enjoyed it and did not find it overly difficult. The climb into Motovun was a challenge. We did encounter traffic coming into Rovinj. I wouldn’t want to be on that road in July or August. The best and most scenic riding came on day 1. The other two rides were good but we wished we had a second day up in the hills. The provided maps along with our phone gps made it easy to stay on track and I recommend having both as I’m sure we would have made some wrong turns had we just the maps/cue or just the gps. Communication with Fiore was great as was the service once we arrived in Istria. The bikes were new and in great shape. The accommodations were very nice in Buje and Motovun. Hotel Porec was decent and I upgraded the hotel in Rovinj to Hotel Apurinum which was very nice. Many highlights– dinner at La Parenzana on the first night, the entire first day’s ride, Motovun, Bale, and especially Rovinj.
