On all tours, whether guided or self-guided, your luggage is transferred to your following night’s accommodation. Luggage transfer is mostly carried out by Fiore Tours, by sometimes we use also the accommodation provider or a local taxi service. Luggage needs to be ready at lobby at hotel until 9:00/9am in morning and transported to your next accommodation until 16:00/4pm. All details about local transfers and luggage transfers you will be informed at info meeting at your arrival day.

Do you arrange welcome meeting with clients?
Yes we do, mostly on arrival day or following day before the ride for the trips starting in Triest. We like to meet our guests in person in order to give the clients full information about the upcoming trip as well as bicycles and accessories. Generally it is scheduled at 19:00 / 7 p.m. for clients with independent arrival or next day at 9:00/9am for the trips starting in Triest. In case you come with our organized transfer it can be rescheduled to fit the arrival to the first accommodation.
What should I bring from cycling equipment?

What about the navigation for the tour? Do we get assistance in case we get lost?
Before the start of your trip we will send you instruction how to download Fiore App for easy and offline navigation with voice guidand and information about the POI’s. Before the tour you will receive roadbook in digital form. If you prefer to receive a printed version of the roadbook please let us know in advance and we will provide one copy on welcome meeting. Never happened that the clients get lost. But in case you get lost you can always contact us on our emergency number and send you location in Fiore App.
If we use an e-bike, what is the range of the battery?
Most of our e-bikes are equiped with Bosch engine and batery. More information about the e-bike performace you can find on the following link:
You can expect up to 100 km in eco mode, which will be enough for most of the self guided trips we offer.
If we rent your bike, when does the bike contract start and end?
Bikes and equipment will be delivered on welcome meeting. Bikes will be collected by Fiore representative when you finsh your last bike ride, upon arrival at the hotel.
Do you provide helmets or shall we bring our own?
We recommend you bring your own for best fit and comfort. If you prefer to not travel with your own helmet, we can provide a helmet at no extra charge.
Helmets are mandatory for children up to 16 years old in Croatia. For safety reasons, we strongly recommend that everyone wear a helmet while cycling.
What type of rental bikes and equipment do you offer?
With a fleet of more then 150 bikes we can find the best bike for you. Our fleet consist of custom built trekking bikes, electric assisted trekking and mountain bikes, gravel, carbon road and hardtail mountain bikes.
Helmets are included in the bike rental price. Bikes comes standard with flat pedals but clippless pedals (SPD, SL, Look) are availble on request with surcharge.
Each bike come with: cycle odometer, water bottle holder, saddle bag containing spare tube and tire lever, hand pump, lock. On trekking and E-trekking bikes we also provide 1 side panier in the tour price.Prices and specification of our bikes you will find in our PDF brochure and on our web page.
Can I bring my own bike?
