Where can I leave review?

We welcome feedback after the tour as it’s the best way to get better and improve our service. Once you have completed your trip with Fiore tours, you will receive an e-mail from us how and where to review your experience with Fiore tours.

When can I check in?

Check-in times are determined by the accommodation. Some may allow an early check-in where available, but generally, check-in will be from 15:00 / 3pm. If you’ll be late checking in, please contact the accommodation or us.

Is the tap water safe to drink? Do you provide water bottle?

We provide a water bottle 750ml to each participant free of charge. Bottles you will receive during welcome meeting with Fiore representative.

Tap water is a better choice than bottled water. When filling the bidon, use tap water. When you need a refill on the way, look for a drinking fountain or ask at a café to have it filled with tap water. It’s free, does not come in a plastic container and, in most places, it is just as good or even better than bottled water. 

Where can I do laundry on the route?

Most of the hotel provide laundry service. Check your accommodation website to see what services may be available during your stay. If you are staying in a larger town, there will likely be laundry facilities as well.

What do we do for lunches while biking?

Most of your accommodations will be more than happy to provide a packed lunch on request and this can be booked directly at each hotel. Another option is to buy some snacks at nearby shops.

Alternatively, check in your APP to see about stopping at local shops to buy some snacks or lunch stops in local restaurants and caffes along on the way. 

What if I have flat tire or mechanical issue during the bike ride?

In case of puncture:

Our bikes always come with pump, 1 spare tube and tire levers so in case of the puncture you can use this kit and change the tube. On self guided tour, we expect that you or someone from your group knows how to change a punctured tube. In case you don’t know how to fix a flat tyre, we can organize help, but there will be additional mechanic or transportation charges. 

In case of mechanical issue:

Upon bike pick up you will do the test ride and make sure bike is working properly. In case of any mechanical issue during self guided tour we are available for help and support: suggest or call bike repair shop or provide the repair service or replacement part/bike ourselves. Repair will be paid by the guest directly on the spot. If the mechanical issue happened due to failure of the bike mechanisms and not by improper handling, we do cover repair cost. We consider you or someone from your group should know how to do minor repairs, such as putting your bike chain back on. 

Can I ride with the luggage transfer service?

If you have booked a self guided cycling trip we can’t guarantee that you can ride with the luggage transfer service as this depends on the size of the vehilcle planned for the luggage transfer and vehiclea aren’t heading straight to your hotels as they may have to go to different hotels to drop off the luggage. The best way is to contact Fiore the day before and if there is a chance that we have enough big vehicle to transport you, your luggage and bikes, we will confirm this service free of charge. If not possible we can help in organising your transport where additional costs will apply.  

What should I do when I am too exhausted to continue or if it rains?

If you are too exhausted to continue, or if it rains, you can contact us and we will be happy to organize transport for you and your bike to the next hotel where additional costs will apply.  

Will there be van support or shuttle included in the tour price?

There is no support van following the group on self guided tours. But we can help and organize transportation for you and the bikes, where additional costs will apply.
