Travel Adventure Agency Fiore tours is founded in 1992. We are Croatian’s thr most experienced operator of adventure, cultural and gourmet travel in Croatia and Slovenia. Every year Fiore adventure pioneers over 300 self guided cycling and guided walking programmes, from one-day trips to extended overland, adventure, cultural and gourmet tours for singles, couples, small groups, family reunions, clubs or friends.
Traveling in small groups between 4 and 18 people gives you lots of freedom – much like you would have if you were traveling with friends. Small group travel provides safety, security and the right amount of pre planning that independent travel lacks.
Our tours provide lots of opportunities to explore the beauty of nature, discover natural wonders, interact with the local people and really get involved in fun activities.
The story behind our business
In early 90’s , after finishing high school, Dalibor decided to start with own business in tourism. It was the most logical choice because also his parents worked many years in travel industry. Dalibor and his father Franko have decided to start with own travel agency. Fiore Tours Ltd was founded in 1992 and started as inbound tour operator in June 1993. Our beginning was mainly based on clients accommodation in hotels, apartments and private accommodation in Croatia, including complete tourist service ( guests transportation, representative service in hotels and at airport, including daily excursion program) to foreign tour operators. After years of experience in leading groups on different tours throughout Croatia, Dalibor has decided to create special programs with a difference and started to offer an unbeatable range of walking, hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, sea kayaking, family and other adventure holidays.
Today, Fiore Tours has grown to become one of the Croatian leading independent adventure travel company specialised in organising adventure, cultural and gourmet travel in Croatia. From day one, we have been motivated by the desire to take small groups of like-minded people to some of the Croatian most remote and rarely-visited locations and to provide an authentic travel experience. We have tailored our group sizes to ensure that each individual is able to make the most of the regions where we travel and the activities we engage in within the context of a small group of like minded people travelling together.

Founder and managing director
As the founder and managing director of Fiore Tours, Dalibor is deeply connected to his country, customs and traditions that Croatia can offer. Born in Croatia and with a degree in tourism and economics, Dalibor is a travel professional ready to create memorable local experience. Dalibor has worked exclusively in travel industry over the past 23 years bringing his passion and experience to a young team of well-travelled educated enthusiast who shared his vision. Using his 14 years of certified travel and outdoor guide, Dalibor continue to enjoy the thrills of hiking, cycling and skiing.

Our favourite person on a pay day, Martina is our accounting manager. Born in Istria with a degree in economic she is a real inspiration for our tema. Dedicated and fun she enjoys traveling and spending time in nature.

Saša is part of our team from 2017, with previous experience in tourism and sales. His in charge of organizing a self-guided tours in all his details and take care of guests on our tours. He enjoy cycling, running, traveling, and with his young spirit feels like an urban adventurer.

Snježana Janko
Sales executive
Snježana joined the team in 2023. Born in Germany and lived in different places, for the last 24 years she has be living in Poreč and this is her home. She has a degree in tourism management and worked in the travel industry over the past 25 years. She enjoys leisurely cycling, long walks and traveling.

Born in 1978, Dean is part of our team from 2021, with previous experience in tourism. He is head of operations department, reception of clients, organisation of transfers and transportation, bicycle rental. He loves cycling, running and hiking.
